Furnishing: AKA New Work: 

For new work we provide FREE estimates with competitive pricing. You can call or email us if you are interested in getting a new awning. Once a salesman is at your house to complete the estimate, he will call you with a price. Pricing varies on the size of the awning and if you need fixtures.

*Please allow 4-6 weeks for a new awning to be made.

2.

Spring Installation: 

Happy Spring!

Come March, we begin erecting the awnings. We have professional crews that will come to your place to install your awning(s) for you to enjoy for another season. We send letters out to our customers in advance. See below for example letters.

*WEATHER PERMITTING we will erect your awning within 30 days of receiving the letter back to us.

Fall Removal: 

Happy Fall!

Come September, we begin removing the awnings. We have professional crews that will come to your place to remove your awning(s). They will be stored in our warehouse until Spring installation. We send letters out to our customers in advance. See below for example letters.

*WEATHER PERMITTING we will remove your awning within 30 days of receiving the letter back to us.

Cleaning & Waterproofing: 

For an additional fee, by REQUEST we hand clean and waterproof awnings. 

*We DO NOT heavy duty clean awnings unless requested for an additional fee by the customer. We will call with a free estimate if the customer wants their awning(s) cleaned.

And don't forget, A CLEAN AWNING IS A HAPPY AWNING :)

5.

Repairs:

Our seamstress will do minor repairs at no cost. However, major repairs are an additional fee. If you feel your awning is in need of any repairs feel free to call us and we will take care of it as soon as possible. We check all of the awnings for any repairs when they are brought back to the warehouse to be stored for the winter. We will call the customer if any major repairs need done.
